# Can I use Clanq before my child is born?

Earn cashback for your future baby

Baby on the way? With the digital “Safe for the Future”, you can start saving for your child even before they’re born.

The Safe isn’t a piggy bank with an IBAN just yet. But you can already collect cashback there if you’re pregnant or planning to have a child.

**Here's how it works:**

1.  Tap the quick menu and hit _\+_ _New piggy bank._
    
2.  Pick the _Safe for the Future_ field.
    
3.  Select _the relationship_ (e.g. mom), _a possible due date_ (just the month, you can always change this), and _name or nickname_ (you can change this anytime too).

As soon as your baby is born, you can switch to a real piggy bank. Your savings will be moved over automatically.
