# Why can't I open an account?

Reasons why the account opening might not have worked

_If the account opening did not work, it may be due to one of these reasons:_

-   You have entered your PIN incorrectly for the second time.
    
-   The live identification via video failed.
    
-   Your ID could not be verified.
    
-   You are a taxpayer in the USA. _(Unfortunately, you will not be able to open an account with us)_
    
-   Opening the account requires manual verification. _(This process can take 1-2 days)_
