We will transfer your cashback to you as soon as the payment for your purchase has been fully processed and qualified for the reward. It can therefore take up to 14 days for the money to reach your account. However, you can see immediately in the app how much cashback you have already collected, even if the transfer is still pending. As soon as the cashback is paid out, you will also see this in the overview.
