What information do I need to provide when opening an account?

The data is listed below in the order in which you need to enter it in the Clanq app.

Step 1:

• Salutation (Mr or Mrs)

• First name

• Surname

Step 2:

• Date of birth (minimum age = 18 years)

• Place of birth (city and country, does not have to be in Switzerland)

• Nationality (does not have to be Swiss)

Step 3:

• Mobile phone number

• Employment status (select from a list)

• Tax liability in the USA (if you are liable for tax in the USA, unfortunately you cannot open an account with us)

Step 4:

Finally, enter your address. Only addresses from Switzerland are permitted, as our customers must be resident in Switzerland.
