Step 1:
Salutation (Mr or Mrs)
First name
Surname
Step 2:
Date of birth (minimum age = 18 years)
Place of birth (city and country, does not have to be in Switzerland)
Nationality (does not have to be Swiss)
Step 3:
Mobile phone number
Employment status (select from a list)
Tax liability in the USA (if you are liable for tax in the USA, unfortunately you cannot open an account with us)
Step 4:
Finally, enter your address. Only addresses from Switzerland are permitted, as our customers must be resident in Switzerland.
