With Apple Pay you can pay quickly and securely with your iPhone, Apple Watch or other compatible devices. To do this, simply add a debit or credit card to the Wallet app.
Requirements
A compatible Apple device with the latest version of iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, macOS or visionOS
A supported card from a participating card issuer
An Apple ID that you’re signed in with on the device
Face ID, Touch ID, Optic ID or a device passcode
Add a card on iPhone
Open the Wallet app.
Tap Add (+).
Choose Cards found for you, to add a card you've already used, or Debit or credit card for a new card.
Tap Continue.
Hold your contactless card to the iPhone or enter the card details manually.
Follow your bank’s instructions to confirm the card.
Add a card on Apple Watch
On your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app.
Tap My Watch > Wallet & Apple Pay.
Choose Add card and follow the steps on the screen.
Add card on Mac, iPad, or Apple Vision Pro
Open Settings (or System Settings on the Mac).
Go to Wallet & Apple Pay.
Tap Add Card and follow the instructions.
If needed, verify the card with your bank.
Tap to Add Card – especially easy
With Tap to Add Card you just hold your contactless card up to your device to add it to Wallet. The chip data is checked and a secure code is created. This confirms that you own the physical card – no manual entry or scanning of the card needed.
