How do I close my CAF account?

To close your CAF account, a written request is required:

1. Download the account closure template in the app

2. Print the document

3. Fill it out and sign it (certified signature required)

4. Send the document by mail to our banking partner Cornèr:

6901 Lugano

Once your signed request is received, your fund will be sold within a few business days and the proceeds will be transferred to your Clanq main account.
