With the Clanq Referral Program, you can invite friends, family members, or colleagues to Clanq and be rewarded for it. If the person you invited meets all the requirements, you and the invited person will each receive 100 CHF in your digital piggy bank.
You can share your personal referral directly through the Clanq app. You have your personal referral link and QR code available for this. For example, you can send the link by email or via a messenger app, or share your QR code.
For the reward to be paid out, the invited person must meet the following conditions:
They must register with Clanq using your personal referral link or QR code.
They must have at least one digital piggy bank.
They must use the Clanq Card 10 times for different purchases or occasions.
Their main account must be active for at least 3 months.
Once all the requirements have been met, 100 CHF will be automatically transferred to the invited person's digital piggy bank and 100 CHF to your digital piggy bank.

No. The referral program is intended for new customers only.
The invited person must not yet be registered with Clanq and must not have previously used another voucher code.
There is no limit on the total number of people you can refer. So you can invite as many friends, family members or colleagues as you like.
If you send an invitation by email directly from the Clanq app, you can send it to a maximum of 5 email addresses at a time.
Yes. The person who has been invited can check their current status directly in the Clanq app under «Your status».
There, they can see, amongst other things:
how many times they have already paid with the Clanq card
how much time has passed since the account was opened
which requirements for the reward still need to be met
As soon as the required 10 card payments and 3 months of active main account use have been reached, and the remaining conditions have also been met, the reward will be paid out automatically.
The 100 CHF will be credited automatically as soon as the person you have invited fulfils all the requirements of the referral programme.
Both the person you have invited and the person who referred them will each receive 100 CHF in their digital piggy bank.
Important: The referral must be made during registration via the personal referral link or the QR code. It is not possible to assign a referral retrospectively.
