What should I do if my card has been stolen?

Card was stolen

If your card has been stolen, you can report this directly via the app. You will be asked to provide a reason, which can be selected from a list. If you have successfully reported the incident, your card will be frozen immediately. You can close your card and order a new one (if you are sure that you can no longer find it or your card has fallen into the wrong hands).

A replacement card in the event of theft costs CHF 20.
