What should I do if I have lost my card?

Card was lost

If you have lost your card, you can report it directly via the app. You will be asked to give a reason, which can be selected from a list. If you have successfully reported the incident, your card will be frozen immediately and you have two options:

1. Order a replacement card

2. Close your card and order a new one

The first option is recommended if you are sure that you have lost your card. If you are unsure or the card has been stolen, you should decide to close the card and order a new one (subject to a charge).

Replacing a lost card costs CHF 20.
