Face ID is a technology for facial recognition. Like scanning your fingerprint, it is a so-called biometric login. It allows you to log in to Clanq without a password.
You can activate Face ID in the Clanq app. To do this, you must grant permission via your mobile phone settings. Once this is done, you no longer need to enter a PIN.
Good to know: a new hairstyle, make-up or glasses will not prevent your camera from recognising your face. If there is a problem, you can still log in with your PIN as an alternative.
If live identification has failed, make sure that
- the camera on your mobile phone is not covered
- your face is not covered by anything
- the camera is facing your face
