A standing order is a payment order where you instruct us to regularly transfer a fixed amount to a specific recipient – automatically and on a set date.
Fixed amount
You set a constant amount of money (e.g. 100 CHF for your piggy bank).
Fixed payment date
You decide when the amount should be transferred (e.g. every 1st of the month).
Regularity
The payment is made automatically at a specific interval
(monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc.).
Unlimited or limited
Unlimited: runs until you change or delete it
Limited: ends automatically on a specific date
This is how you can set the frequency of a payment in the Clanq app:
On your home screen, tap on «Payments».
Then select the field «Bank transfer». If you want to set up a standing order for your child — «Internal transfer»
Choose the recipient from your list.
Enter the amount and then set the frequency and the end date.
Then the same transfer will be made automatically.
