To be able to use all Clanq functions, you must have a credit balance on your Clanq account. This is the only way you can make normal payments and transfers with Clanq. This is because Clanq does not issue loans. That's why the money for your Clanq account has to come from somewhere. If you have set up Clanq as your salary account, monthly deposits will be made to the account.
Why do I need to top up my account?
Because Clanq does not grant loans
