Close all piggy banks first if you have opened them. Only then can you cancel your main account. You will find the "Close account" section in the settings.
By tapping on "Close account", your Clanq account will be cancelled in no time at all. As soon as the cancellation process is complete, you will receive a notification from us. This usually takes 1-2 weeks.
